This year seemed to be a total 180 from what we came down into last year. Nearly no rain, clear skies, nice weather, and a hell of a lot of dope cars. It seemed this year the outcasts were even more prevalent then years before.
I do still have to produce the show footage. Coming back from that weekend with a folder sized at over 40gb, I have had my work cut out for me, both with photos and a whole lot of video after feeling terrible for not having much last year.
This man has had to go through 40gbs of video and photos. It’s been worth the wait IMO. We’ll also post them in 2 halves. Altogether H20i 2012 was an awesome time. Still more pics on the way!!
Wagon fever. So many this year. I THINK, this one had the WAGONE plate. 🙂
Mmmm, yes. -_-
MAXWGN….Joe C from Canibeat.
Battle reday CRX.
Still not a fan of the new Passats but bags and beebs are persuasive.
S2k, creepin in.
Damn, we have a lot of pics. And this is only from Geoff!! Matt’s day to day photo’s, video and photoshoot still to come, lol. Oh AND a batch of my photos. But I don’t think any of y’all would complain about posting TOO many pics.
Probably my favourite car of the weekend. Crazy camber, still can’t beleive its static. Sorta the newer, better, more awesome version of my car.
Hot car, hot passenger.
Awesome colour combo. Not a Mitsubishi fan, but I can appretiate what looks good.
I suppose I have to throw in a VW somewhere. 2 girls 1 cab.
And another chicks car. Bagged WRX on Image wheels. HHHHHNNNNGGGGG.
While the show was disorganized it didn’t stop Geoff from snapping these photos. North America’s largest VAG event does not disapoint. The drive to the show sucked ass though. Traffic after an idiot in a MK5 decided to rear end an e39 (apparently this incident is stil being disputed. They were allegedly street racing before this happened) and roadwork caused HUGE delays. Geoff and the others arrived early in order to display their cars giving him ample time to grab shots. Via Mad Hatter (Geoff).
The Scraped.Crusaders. made it out to Spring Fling again. It’s the kick off to Toronto’s VW show scene. While I like VW’s the three below were probably my favourite cars of the show. 🙂 Pics courtesy of Mad.Hatter.
We braved the intensely overcast sky yesterday to attend the first Stretch and Poke show of 2012. Having attended MOST of these events in the past it is safe to say this show has grown exponentially and there doesn’t seem to be any sign of that changing.
The Scraped Crusaders hit up the annual OptionJDM BBQ this past sunday. Very enjoyable event and atmosphere. All the nice JDM rides from Toronto. And no one seemed to mind we brought mostly Euros. Except for one dude who asked us to move one of our MK3s to make room for his car. Sorry bro, first come first serve. The pics are provided by K.Chan.
